Furniture is padded and wrapped before loading, and everything is secured to prevent shifting during long highway miles. Your quote explains what valuation coverage is included automatically and what options you have if you want extra protection for high‑value items.

If your closing, lease start, or construction gets delayed, we can shift to storage‑in‑transit and hold your shipment until you’re ready. There are daily or monthly storage and redelivery fees, but we walk through those costs upfront so you can decide what works best.

You’ll have a single point of contact and regular updates by text or phone at key milestones: after loading, during transit, and as your delivery window approaches. If there’s ever a delay or change in schedule, we reach out proactively instead of making you chase us.

Delivery timing depends on the route and the size of your move. Many Texas long-distance moves deliver within 1–3 days, but your exact delivery window will be confirmed in your written estimate before you book.

For some routes, your items may share space on a truck with other families going in the same direction, which helps keep costs reasonable. When that’s the case, your quote clearly explains how your delivery window works and how we keep shipments inventoried and separated.

Long‑distance moves are priced based on distance, the size of your shipment, and how complex access is at each home (stairs, long walks, extra stops), not just hourly like local moves. You’ll receive a detailed written quote that explains exactly what’s included before you ever pay a deposit.

Fuel surcharges and accessorials (stairs, long carries) are the same as local. Destination fuel prices or parking don’t affect your quoted rate.

Federal interstate rules govern the entire shipment regardless of states crossed. Your valuation protection and claims process stay consistent coast-to-coast.

You’ll receive scheduled text updates at pickup, midway, and delivery window start. Call/text your move coordinator anytime for real-time status.

No special paperwork from you—just your inventory list and signed order for service. We handle all carrier paperwork, Bill of Lading, and inventory sheets.
