Standard desks, credenzas, conference tables—yes. Custom executive desks or built-ins need photos/measurements first. We bring Allen keys and basic tools.

Clock runs until last box is placed. No “sudden stop” fees—we communicate if extra time needed and adjust on the spot. Overtime rates only after 5pm weekdays.

Computers, servers, printers get blanket-wrapped + upright handling. No stacking electronics. We disconnect/reconnect desks but leave IT cabling to your team.

Yes—like all reputable movers, we can’t transport hazardous materials, fuel, open liquids, perishable foods, cash, jewelry, firearms, or irreplaceable documents. Those items should travel with you personally, and we provide a simple list ahead of time so there are no surprises on loading day.

At delivery, we encourage a quick walkthrough and checking off items against the inventory. If you notice a problem, you’ll have a defined number of days to report it in writing, and we follow a clear claims process with documented timelines so you’re not left wondering what happens next.
