Yes. We move both homes and businesses. Our commercial services can include:

    • Office and workstation moves
    • Desks, files, and equipment
    • Evening or weekend moves to limit downtime
    • Coordination with building management

Please let us know whether your move is residential, commercial, or a mix of both so we can plan accordingly.

    Local Moving

    • Typically, within the San Antonio or Austin area or nearby cities
    • Priced mainly by time and crew size
    • Great for same-day moves

    Long-Distance Moving

    • Across the State of Texas (San Antonio to Houston, Houston to Austin, etc.)
    • Simple pricing: hourly time from arrival to completion + a travel fee
    • Includes more planning, scheduling, and delivery coordination

Both options include professional movers, careful handling, and clear communication from start to finish.

Yes. Most customers mix and match services, such as:

    • Packing + Moving
    • Moving + Storage
    • Packing + Storage
    • Full package: Packing + Moving + Storage

We’ll coordinate everything on a single schedule and invoice to keep your move simple and organized.

We’ll help you choose based on:

    • Distance: local vs. long-distance
    • Size: apartment, home, or office
    • Timeline: flexible date vs. strict schedule
    • Help needed: full-service (packing + moving) or just loading and transport

Tell us a bit about your move, and our team will recommend the best service package for your situation and budget.

Get Quote / Secure Your Move

Your hourly rate covers the moving crew, the truck, and standard moving equipment needed to do the job safely and efficiently, including:

    • Professional moving equipment (dollies, straps, moving pads/blankets)
    • Basic tools for disassembly/reassembly of common items (beds, tables, etc.) when needed
    • Careful loading, transport, unloading, and placement at your destination

If your move includes specialty items (safes, pianos, oversized pieces) or challenging access (stairs, elevators, long carries, tight parking), we’ll confirm those details when you fill out the 1-Hour Quick Estimate form.

For safety and liability, there are some items we may not move (for example: hazardous materials, illegal items, or items that are unsafe to transport). If you’re unsure, send us a photo/list and we’ll confirm before moving day.

Time starts when we begin work at the first location and stops when the last item is unloaded at the final destination.

    • 2-hour minimum: all local moves have a 2-hour minimum.
    • After the minimum: time is prorated in 15-minute increments

That means you only pay for the time we’re working.

We’ll confirm the crew size, travel fee, and the details of your move in your 1-Hour Quick Estimate so you know what to expect before moving day.

The travel fee is a flat fee that covers the crew’s travel time and truck costs based on your addresses. It’s calculated automatically using time and distance, and we confirm it with you up front.

In simple terms, the travel fee is used to cover:

    • Travel time and normal truck operating costs are tied to your route
    • Calculated up front and included in your estimate before you approve anything
    • If your addresses or stops change, the Travel Fee may change because the route changes

To keep it simple: once we have your pickup and drop-off addresses, our system automatically calculates the travel fee, which we include in your 1-Hour Quick Estimate.

The better you prep, the faster (and cheaper) your move usually is. Here are the rules we recommend so moving day stays smooth and efficient. For the full checklist, see our guide: How to Pack for a Move.

Pack all small items (no loose stuff):

    • Everything small should be in boxes or sealed bins (no loose piles, no open bags).
    • All boxes must be fully closed, taped, and labeled by room.
    • Don’t overpack boxes—keep them liftable.

    Empty furniture and drawers:

    • Please empty drawers completely unless we tell you otherwise in your estimate.
    • Remove loose items from dressers, desks, nightstands, and shelves.

    TVs and fragile electronics:

    • TVs should be in the original box when possible.
    • If you don’t have the box, we can provide a TV box and pack it on moving day for an added cost.
    • Tell us how many TVs you have before moving day so we can bring the right supplies (we don’t normally carry TV boxes on every move).

    Appliances:

    • Washers and dryers must be empty.
    • Let us know in advance if appliances are being moved so we can plan the right crew size and equipment.

Access and parking (this matters a lot):

    • Please move vehicles out of the driveway and garage and park down the street when possible.
    • We need clear access for the moving truck to load and unload safely and efficiently.

    Kids and pets:

    • For everyone’s safety, please keep kids and pets safely in a separate room, with a friend/family member, or off-site during the move.
    • Our crew can’t supervise pets or children while carrying furniture and heavy items.

If you’re not fully packed, no problem. Just tell us during your 1-Hour Quick Estimate. We can recommend the right option, including packing help and supplies.

It’s included with every move. If eligible damage happens due to our crew’s handling during the move, Care Coverage provides up to $2,000 per move to repair, replace, or provide a cash settlement based on fair market value.
