Most homes need 1 day for apartments/condos and 1–2 days for houses, depending on size and how much is stored in closets/garage. We’ll recommend crew size and days after asking a few questions.
We pack almost everything that’s safe to move: kitchen, bedrooms, closets, books, décor, garage items, and office. You only need to set aside personal items you don’t want packed.
Yes. You tell us which rooms, zones, or departments you want packed, and we focus on those—kitchen-only, closets, storage, break room, records, or fragile items.
Yes. Partial packing works great for offices—specific departments, file rooms, breakrooms, and storage areas—so your team isn’t disrupted more than necessary.
Absolutely. If boxes are overloaded or unsafe to stack, we’ll recommend repacking them properly so they’re easier to carry and safer in the truck.
Yes—if the schedule allows, we can extend time while we’re onsite. If not, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit to finish what’s left.
Typically a 2–3 hour minimum per visit. That’s usually enough time to tackle a kitchen, a couple of closets, or a focused set of fragile items.
Labor is billed hourly, plus a simple travel fee. Packing materials are charged by what you actually use, so you don’t pay for bundled tiers.
Managed Storage (we manage everything):
- We pick up your items, store them in our controlled storage process, and schedule delivery when you’re ready.
- This option works best when you don’t want to manage a facility, require staged delivery, or are facing a short-term timing gap due to closure delays, renovations, or lease overlap.
- You’re paying us for the storage solution + the handling/logistics.
Assisted Self-Storage means you rent the unit while we handle the heavy lifting.
- You rent a unit at a third-party storage facility (you control access and keep the account in your name).
- We handle pickup, delivery, move-in organization, and move-out delivery so you don’t have to rent a truck or make extra trips.
- This option is ideal if you require regular personal access, anticipate extended storage needs, or prefer to select a specific facility, location, and price.
Quick rule of thumb:
- If you want hands-off and timed delivery → choose Managed Storage.
- If you want DIY access + long-term unit control → choose Assisted Self-Storage.
While your items are in our care, we’ll explain what protection applies under our standard liability/valuation terms (this is not an insurance policy). Many customers also rely on their renters or homeowners policy, depending on what their policy covers. If you want higher protection for high-value items, tell us during booking—optional third-party storage coverage may be available.
