Most self-storage facilities support mover access, but rules vary. We confirm gate hours, truck access, elevator/drive-up details, and any required approvals before move-in day.
We can recommend facilities we’ve had smooth move-ins with, and we’ll also work with any self-storage location you choose as long as it allows mover access and scheduling.
In most cases, storage-unit rent is paid directly to the facility; our pricing covers moving labor + travel fee for pickup, delivery, and any on-site help you add. If a facility offers a special partner rate or we arrange billing differently, we’ll confirm it in writing before you book.
We recommend climate-controlled vs standard, 5×10 vs 10×20, based on your inventory. No guessing—you get the right space without paying for unused room.
We get pickup/delivery authorization so we can load/unload without you driving there. You keep full owner access for personal visits.
